'Cute & Cuddly Christmas'

Well its Saturday & it's the 30th November, I have been waiting for this date to come around since April! Yes it's tonight me & Katie go to see 5ive...I am like a teenager soooo excited lol!

Anyhoos I best get on with my post. Today I have combined two DT creations in one card.

The image I have used on this Christmas card is such a cutie, I love him & he is perfect for those quick cards. He doesn't need much colouring, just a bit of shading here & there! Quick card I said lol this one took me ages, I just kept faffing with it! But I'm happy with the finished result!

'All About My Favourite Things!'

Well where has this last week gone? I can't believe it's Thursday already, time is flying by! Me & Katie are off to see 5ive on Saturday night & yeah I am soooooooooo excited. I saw them twice the first time around, when the girlies were toddling & Katie has always listened to them & followed the dances on their videos, its gonna be good!!

Just Tag It!

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Try Stampin' On Tuesday, this week we have a fab challenge for you

TAG IT!

all you need to is make a tag, simples! There are lots of prizes up for grabs as well so you need to pop over & take a look!

The DT have also done tutorials on how they made theirs, so make sure you pop over here & leave then some love!
I decided to make a Christmas tag, but you don't have to.

I started off with a lot of my new Christmassy die cuts & some scraps of card 


I decided to use a pre done luggage label & not my label die cut. 
I then measure across the bottom of the tag & roughly tore some strips of 'white mist' card (tearing towards me, so I get the fluffy edge) I then coloured using Salty Ocean distress ink by Tim Holtz. I also coloured around the luggage label using Vintage Photo distress ink. After die cutting all my shapes out I colour tinted my mini snowmen & snowflake using Salty Ocean distress ink. I added faces & buttons to them using a Letraset fineliner.


I then layered up my snow & stuck it down, then added all my other die cuts. I just love the mini snowmen they are so sweet!

'Beary Christmas!'

We went to the rugby again last night, it was fantastic even if it was freezing! lol! To make the night perfect my two favourite players were playing 'Danny Cipriani' (who is Kelly Brooks partner) & very tasty lol & Mark Cueto they both played fantastically, even tho Mark got injured!
To top it off Sharks won 26-10...come on you Sharks! lol

Also its the first time I have used an 8 x 8" square card. I've had a pack of 30 for along time, but have always been scared to use them. You will be seeing them a bit more I think lol!

Brrrr the temperature has really dropped here, to the extent we had a few flurries of snow over the last few days. Thankfully nothing has stuck!

'Baubles'

Today sees the start of a new challenge over at My Time To Craft. This week we want to see

After spending ages looking for some Joanna Sheen bauble stamps (which have totally vanished into thin air) I decided to use some peeloff baubles that I have had forever! I did think they were gonna look awful, but I'm quite pleased with the result!

'Tag It!'

Hi, hello & welcome to a very exciting post! I'm not sure if you remember a while ago I was  GDT over at Try Stampin' On A Tuesday. It's a fab challenge blog with some awesome sketches to follow, well I was thrilled when I was asked if I would like to join the team. So this is my first creation for them....hope you like it!

well boy did this stump me, the sketch is fabulous but removable tag! Other than popping it behind a layer & pulling it out I was stuck.....Nige to the rescue, he suggested it, I did & I love it lol!

'Forget Me Not'!

I hope Mr Blogger plays ball today, else this is going to be a really late post lol! I went to my first rugby match last night ...Sale Sharks v Bath....no idea what the final score was because it hasn't actually happened yet lol! I am hopefully not suffering to badly from standing in the cold, but never know so I thought I'd better do my post before I went!!

Anyhoos I really need to get a move on, cus as soon as Nige gets home we are off!! So excited!!

'Makey Bakey Mouses!'

Brrrrr its gone so cold over the last few weeks, I don't mind the cold & snow just hate the rain....makes my poor bones so achy!  The one thing I do love about Autumn tho, is the changing of the leaves. The colours are stunning, I love a good walk in the woods this time of year. But not when its wet & cold like it is now :(
